Welcome to Learn to Read: The Sound Seekers (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, video sessions, printable resources, and subscription services (“Services”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription and Access

• Our subscription provides access to 23 recorded phonics video sessions and accompanying printable resource packs designed to support your child’s learning journey.

• The subscription costs £6.99 per month, charged automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.

• Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to all included materials.

• The next stage of The Sound Seekers will be added in January 2026, and all active subscribers will automatically gain access at no additional cost.​

1A. Free Trial Period

• We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During this trial, you will have full access to all video sessions and printable resources.

• At the end of the 7-day period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate of £6.99 unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account or by contacting us at jess@thesoundseekers.co.uk. If you cancel before the end of the trial period, no payment will be taken.

• Free trials are limited to one per household or payment method. We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse a trial if we believe the offer is being misused.

• Once the subscription converts to a paid plan, our standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment provider.

• By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month until cancellation.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).​

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us via the details provided below.

• Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

• No refunds or partial credits are offered for unused portions of the month after a payment has been processed.​

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, including videos, stories, images, characters (such as Max and Alba), and printable materials, are the intellectual property of The Sound Seekers.

• Subscribers may print and use resources for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• Reproducing, distributing, or sharing any materials publicly (including on social media or file-sharing platforms) is strictly prohibited.​

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

• You agree not to share your login credentials with others outside your household.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.​

6. Service Updates and Availability

• We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services but cannot guarantee that the website or videos will be available at all times.

• Scheduled updates or maintenance may temporarily affect access.

• We may update or enhance our content periodically to improve the learning experience.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Sound Seekers provides educational resources for home learning support.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
